Guide · For whoever sets up the account
Getting started
From sign-up to your whole team signed in on their own phone and computer.
1
Sign up and start your trial Available
Your company signs up with its name and a work email. Vynakro approves new companies before they go live.
- The trial is 7 days and includes every tool, Vynakro Scope too.
- Up to 2 audits a day during the trial.
- No card needed.
2
Add your people and set their roles Available
Every person has their own sign-in. There are no shared logins.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Everything in the company: people, licenses, settings, billing and company sign-in. |
| Dispatcher | Assigns and manages jobs, and sees the Workspace group in the side menu. |
| User | Works their own jobs. |
- Sections such as Billing, People and Access can be given to a person on top of their role.
- A company can't have more active people than user licenses.
3
Register each person's phone and computer Available
One license is one person, with one phone and one computer.
- Each device is registered with a passkey: fingerprint, face or PIN.
- A phone with no screen lock sets a PIN first.
- New devices are approved by your company's admin.
4
Sign in with email and a passkey Available
People sign in with their email and the passkey on their registered device.
Before signing out on a phone
Sign-out sends everything waiting first. With no signal it refuses and says why, so nothing typed in the field is lost.
5
Use your company's own login Available
Your people can sign in through your company's login, such as Microsoft, Google or Okta, using SAML or OpenID Connect.
- Set up by your Super Admin and approved by Vynakro, with a DNS record that proves your company owns its domain.
- It replaces the password and emailed code only. Each person still has one phone and one computer, each with a passkey.
- Sessions last 12 hours, so someone removed from your login loses Vynakro within 12 hours.
- No extra charge.
