Walled off at the database
Every company's data is separated at the database level. One company can never read another's.
Passkeys, not passwords
Two-step sign-in and passkeys on registered devices: fingerprint, face or PIN. No shared logins.
Approved devices only
Each person has one phone and one computer. A new device is approved by the company's admin before it can sign in.
Nothing lost in the field
The phone keeps working without signal, and refuses to sign out until everything waiting has been sent and confirmed.
Records kept 7 years
Job records are held for seven years. Every change to a job is logged: who, what and when.
Encrypted backups
Backups are encrypted and stored under a time lock that no Vynakro account is permitted to bypass. Restoring from them has been tested.
Erased properly.
When a company leaves Vynakro, its data is erased with a dedicated erase key kept for that purpose.
Your own login, our device rule
AvailableSign in through your company's login by SAML or OpenID Connect. Vynakro checks your company owns its domain before turning it on for you. Sessions last 12 hours, so a person removed from your login loses access within 12 hours. Outdated SHA-1 signatures are refused. No extra charge.
