Short lessons, one per page, on a made-up test job, never your customers' data. Help at the top right of every page opens that page's lesson.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The field app runs in Safari or Chrome on any iPhone or Android phone. You can add it to your home screen, where it opens like an app. The Workspace runs in the browser on a computer.

What happens if there's no signal on site?

The field app keeps working. Jobs are kept on the phone and changes wait in a queue, then send when the signal returns.

Is a discarded photo really gone?

Yes. A discarded shot is never sent or stored. Discard deletes the photo outright.

Can two people edit the same job?

One person edits a job at a time. An edit made offline to a job someone else holds waits, and sends when the job is free.

How do people sign in?

With their email and a passkey on their registered phone and computer: fingerprint, face or PIN. There are no shared logins.

What do the audits check against?

Your organization's own estimating rules. Every finding cites the line it came from, and every report is an archived PDF.

How long are records kept?

Job records are held for 7 years.
